The Freret Business and Property Owners Associationwas chartered to promote businesses in the entire Freret neighborhood as a place for New Orleanians to spend money on products, entertainment, and services from local merchants. The association will improve the look of the commercial corridor to fortify existing businesses and attract new businesses and shoppers to the neighborhood, and endeavor to bring new users to the area by promoting the sustainable use of commercial property in this historic neighborhood and improve safety for all residents.
